Member training on the Xformer reformer machine at HILI

Cool room · 50 minutes

Xformer Pilates

Spring-loaded resistance and deliberately slow tempo recruit your slow-twitch muscle fibers, the ones responsible for long, dense, fatigue-resistant strength. Expect shaking legs, a burning core, and zero joint pounding.

Full-body strength in a cool, controlled room
Low impact — kind to knees, hips and back
Builds the deep core and stabilizers running misses

Infrared heat · 45 minutes

HILI Hot

Infrared panels heat you rather than the air, so your muscles open up early and stay pliable. Flow, sculpt and sweat through a session designed to leave you loose, detoxed and completely emptied out.

Deeper range of motion from minute one
Serious sweat and post-class calm
Mobility and recovery, not just burn

Why members stay

Low impact. High intensity. Results you can feel in weeks.

Time-under-tension that actually changes your body

Slow, controlled reps on the Xformer keep your muscles working the entire class — long, lean strength without pounding your joints.

Infrared heat that loosens you up fast

HILI Hot warms you from the inside out so you move deeper, sweat harder, and leave feeling wrung out in the best way.

In and out in under an hour

Full-body, coach-led sessions built for real schedules. Park, sweat, and be back to your day.

Coached, never left to guess

Every class is led by a HILI instructor who cues form, scales moves, and keeps first-timers moving with confidence.

Before your first class

What exactly do I get for $59?: Two full weeks of unlimited classes — every Xformer and every HILI Hot class on the schedule. Normally $234, so if you come 6 times it's as low as $10 a class.
I've never done Pilates. Am I going to be lost?: No. Both formats are beginner friendly and fully coached. Tell the front desk it's your first class and your instructor will set up your machine and scale every movement with you.
What should I bring?: Grip socks (available at the studio), water, and a towel for the Hot room. Everything else is provided.
How hot is the Hot room?: It's infrared-heated — a deep, radiant warmth rather than heavy steam. You'll sweat, but you can step back and breathe any time you need.
